Prenatal massage

Plenty of cozy pillows will support you as you settle in and relax during this 75 minute massage.

Positioning will vary depending on how far along you are as well as what is comfortable and supportive.

Around 22 weeks (and beyond) we will use side-lying positions to best support mama and baby.

Physical Comfort

Prenatal massage helps alleviate common discomforts of pregnancy such as back pain, hip tension and swollen ankles.

We go in with the intention to promote relaxation, relieve muscle tension, and improve overall comfort.

Emotional Support
Pregnancy can bring about heightened emotions and increased stress levels.

Prenatal massage provides a nurturing and supportive environment where Mama can relax, unwind and release.

Improved Circulation

Pregnancy can sometimes cause reduced blood and lymph circulation, leading to swelling and water retention.

Prenatal massage stimulates circulation, aiding in the removal of excess fluid and reducing swelling in the hands, feet, and legs.

Better Sleep

Disrupted sleep patterns?

Prenatal massage can help promote better sleep by reducing discomfort, relaxing the body and calming the mind.

Stress Reduction

During pregnancy, it is vital to prioritize self-care.

Pregnancy often comes with its share of stress and anxiety. Prioritizing self-care provides an opportunity to manage stress levels effectively.

Self-care

Establishing regular self-care routines and making it a priority, means we can cultivate valuable habits that support well-being after baby arrives.

Prenatal massage offers expectant mothers a dedicated space to be nurtured throughout their journey.
